Better salaries are given to people who go into field for face to face meetings while there are hundreds of telecallers also who acquire and service the customers over phone. All these companies give very healthy sales incentives on every customer acquisition and deal closed.
What you need is graduation from any stream with good percentage and exceptionally good speaking skills.
